Resilient Learners course

A mental health course designed for your school, presented by clinical psychologist and Director of Resilient Youth - Andrew Fuller.


Participants will:

  • Learn how not to turn a challenge into a crisis
  • Be mindful in the moment
  • Make plans that create differences
  • Find their authentic selves
  • Maximise their power points
  • Learn when life gives you lemons, how to turn them into lemonade

There are one to one and half hour modules available for parents, teachers and students in Years 11, 12, 9 and 10, 7 and 8, 5 and 6 as well as Years 3 and 4.

For Students the course focuses on the following components:

  • Years 3 & 4: being a friend everyone wants to have
  • Years 5 & 6: developing leadership skills
  • Years 7 & 8: you are more awesome than you think
  • Years 9 & 10: the mindset of success
  • Years 11 & 12: sleep, anxiety and effective learning

For Teachers the course focuses on:

  • Learning how not to turn a challenge into a crisis
  • Being mindful in the moment
  • Making plans that build resilient teachers and learners
  • Finding their authentic selves
  • Teaching hacks and time savers

And for Parents:

  • Parenting and grand-parenting methods that make a powerful difference
  • How to create a resilient home


$5500 + GST for three 90-minute sessions (Students/teachers/parents sessions)

* Above costs for Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide metro schools (60km radius from Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide CBD). For schools, outside of this region travel/accommodation costs will apply.
